Ok so I keep forgetting to post an update about my keto journeys. So this last round of keto I did for 6 weeks. I was super vigilant, never cheated, watched my sweetners, protein and macros, started some fasting by not eating after 7 pm, made sure I didn't eat too much coconut/mct oil, avoided berries most of the time, pretty much did everything I had found that was supposed to help with weight loss plateaus with keto. Nothing. I did finally drop like .5% in bodyfat afyer the 6 weeks, but if I remember right I lost some muscle and no weight. Plus I felt super tired, I never got a positive urine test for ketone strips. I am positive I had to have been in ketosis though, I was seeing like a racehorse and so dang thirsty. Plus I was using 2 different supplements for extra keto boosting. It is weird because I actually started eating carbs at thanksgiving and after end when I checked myself I was actually down a whole body fat percentage and my muscle poundage was up too! So I am now currently 18.5ish % body fat. Go figure. I will post my results of my scans. But yeah maybe I will give carb cycling a go. I only want to lose like 5-10 pounds is that too much to asj
