Pink or Blue?

I am happy to report that as of a week ago we found out that we are having a code PINK! Jon and I are both excited and it was amazing seeing her so clearly and seeing her sweet hands and feet. It was also nice knowing that my intuition was right. I am just happy and I can't wait to hold my little girl. And as of the same friday my due date was moved up to April 5th from the 15th, which had just changed from the 29th at the previous appointment due to the size of the little kiddo. We'll see though with me being almost 9 pounds and Jon being a 10 pound baby, this girly could be a BIG surprise.

New Job: ACT

I finally got an RN job!! It is at Ogden Regional on their ACT unit, which is a unit for Alchol and Chemical Treatment. I started orienting last week and will be working there part time/PRN. Hopefully this will turn into a full time position. So we will see what this new job brings but so far I am really enjoying the new job.

My First Post: The Hunt and Baby

Ok so I've been thinking about starting a blog for a while, but I didn't want to sign up for something that I wouldn't update. Well I got a Tab and the interenet so needless to say I decided to start. So first of all we are expecting a baby. I'm about 12-14 weeks along. The doctor told me I was two weeks ahead possibly at my 8 month appointment so that puts the due date April 29th. So we shall see what happens. I should find out a gender and a more definative due date but that is what I know. I also went on the buck-bull hunt, along with baby of course, which was an... adventure? It was really not bad. Hiking the 60+ miles that weeks helped to calm the continious nausea I've been having and the baby proved to be good luck when my husband, his best buddy Zack and his brother Mike all helped to bring down a 6x6 bull, as well as a three point for me, and a nice four point for my hubby. Needless to say we need to buy another freezer now for all the meat that we have now. So it went well, but I have decided that finding a bush every hour is a hassle.
