So Z is getting so big so fast! She is already starting into fit into 3-6 month old clothes. She is about 24 inches and 13 pounds at 8 weeks old. She is almost holding her head up all by herself and she has rolled over to her side several times. She has been smiling in reaction to us for about three weeks. Before she was just smiling randomly. But now she is onehappy smiling giggly girl! I am so happy to be a mommy and I started work two weekends ago. Not too fun and Z gave Jon a hard time so that made it harder. But she did better this weekend. She is such a stinker though. She continues to only sleep at night if she is snuggling with us in our bed.
As you can see she is the one in charge. I don't mind though I love waking up to my little girl all snuggled up to me. And plus she is so darn cute. Also we had pictures done when she was a week old and again at 1 month. Some of them are posted on the talented photographers blog Urban Roots Photography at urbanrootsphotography.com under baby Z. They are really cute and I would reccomend them for any pictures anybody needs.
